About

Center for Family Connection provides compassionate and effective services to families in need. Families we serve are all types of families that have experienced tough times. Biological, adoptive, and fostering families are served. Children that experience trauma or disruption in their significant caregiver relationship might experience struggles resulting from deficits in development: brain, body, emotional and mental development. All areas of need are addressed, and needs are met through a variety of services.

At Center for Family Connection, the focus is on repair and healing through safe, nurturing relationships.  When a child experiences a safe connection with trusted caregivers, a child’s needs are understood and cared for. A child can become calm, content, and more connected to their caregiver. The outcomes of effective interventions are measurable; reduction of difficult or dangerous behaviors, increased positive communication, increased positive interactions with family and peers, increased laughter and a deep sense of worth, and empathy for others.

Clinicians, mentors, and staff at the Center for Family Connection are dedicated to providing a warm, nurturing, and playful environment for children, caregivers, and parents to grow and thrive together.
